MyCAA Eligibility Requirements
- You must be the spouse of an Active Duty, Guard, or Reserve member on Title 10 orders within the pay grades of E-1 to E-5, W-1 to W-2, and O-1 to O-2.
- You must have completed high school or obtained a GED.

The My Career Advancement Account, or MyCAA Scholarship program, is a part of the Department of Defense Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program, designed to help military spouses with career development and employment assistance. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, the MyCAA Scholarship gives you funds to pursue licenses, certificates, and certifications necessary to secure employment in high-demand, portable career fields.
What other benefits does MyCAA offer?
As a military spouse, you have access to a certified Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) coach to assist with career readiness, including résumé development, job search techniques, interviewing skills, and relocation planning, as well as career connections to help you land a job.
How can I confirm my eligibility for MyCAA?

What is an Education and Training Plan?
