Traditional models of teaching adults often don't meet the needs of today's employers and workers. The WIT CD-ROM and Workbook package bridges the gap and gives workforce educators and trainers flexible tools they need for getting students up to speed in the workplace.

This package Includes 10 lesson modules designed for convenient, individualized computer-based instruction. Use the accompanying workbook one-on-one between trainee and supervisor; or in a small group where individuals complete the CD ROM modules and workbook exercises.
